Your colon is your MAIN organ of elimination. And, colonics are a method of cleansing that organ. 2. You should release consistently throughout your 40. minutes session

3. You should leave feeling better than when you came

4. You should have regular bowel movements in between your sessions

It's very normal, for those who have struggled with regular bowel movements, not to have a bowel movement 1-5 days after a colonic.  when you do a colonic, you are cleaning out everything that would have come out and more.  This is now giving us a more accurate picture of the transit time.  As your colon strengthens, and you add in certain nutritional's that are lacking, you should begin to have regular bowel movements.
