If weight loss is your primary goal, then the following program will aid in your success. Throughout the 3 weeks, with exception of the fasting days, your diet must consist of 90% green vegetables, with the exception of lemons, limes, tomatoes, nut milks, and some oils. It is critical for weight loss to flood your body with these alkalizing foods to neutralize the toxic overload in the fat cells. Greens are loaded with potassium, magnesium and sodium salts that help with the hydration and exchange of fluid with in the cells. This approach will help to balance blood sugar, it will help with lymphatic drainage and aid in better digestion.
When it comes to weight loss, we have seen the difficulty increase over the years due to toxic over load. From environmental toxicity to chemical toxicity, our organs have become compromised. This is not an easy fix for many. Each day comes with six juices. If you want, you can request 6
celery juices in the one day cleanse, and spread them out
throughout the week. Drinking 1 per day.
If you are on the weight loss program, you need to request
juices that are in line with the program. No fruit should be
added to your juices. Sweeten with stevia, and add lemons and
limes.

Aubergines has a variety of approved foods. You can do a
cauliflower rice bowl, Just don’t add meat, or cheese. They do
have meat substitutes that are awesome. You can get their
sweet potatoes, and sometimes they may carry soups. Just
make sure the soups don’t have meat or dairy in them. You can
also do a salad, avocado toast or acai bowls as well.

They are also great about creating dishes for you catering to your
dietary needs.

They have salads, and soups. Often times you can find a vegetarian
freindly soup. They can customize orders as well.
At Roxberry, you can request smoothies and juices as well as acai
bowls. And Jamba Juice you can do the same as well as oatmeal with
slivered almonds and blueberries, which is one of our favorites.
Ginger's Cafe is delicious, and their menu is loaded with diet friendly items. Soups, salads and even deserts.
Sushi
If you're a fan of sushi, try asking for a cucumber roll. If you aren't
concerned about the weight loss, then rice should be ok.

• 2 cups almond milk or water
• 3-5 bunches various sprouts
• 1 cucumber peeled
• 1/2 avocado
• 1 lemon or 2 limes peeled
• 3 ice cubes
Alkaline Smoothie

Soups
Zucchini Leek Soup
• 1-2 Tbls Olive or Grapeseed oil
• 2-2 1/2 cups fresh almond milk (homemade is best)
• 1 leek thoroughly cleaned
• 1 zucchini chopped in fine little pieces
• 1 tsp fresh ginger, thinly sliced
• 1-2 tsp real salt
In a soup pot, sauté leeks, zucchini, and ginger in a small amount of oil until softened and lightly browned around the edges. It's important to cook the leeks thoroughly until they're very soft, as this significantly enhances the soup’s flavor.
Place half of the leek and zucchini mixture into a blender with almond milk and blend until smooth. Return the blended mixture to the pot with the remaining vegetables, stir well, heat gently, and season with salt to taste.
• 2 quarts of water
• 1 full onion cut in half
• 1 carrot washed
• 1 celery stick
• 1 clove garlic (optional)
• 1-2 teaspoons real salt to taste
Vegetable Broth

Combine all ingredients in a pot with water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer gently for 5-10 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then transfer it to a blender and blend until smooth.
For a lighter broth, strain out the vegetables and use only the flavorful liquid. For a thicker, heartier broth, blend the vegetables along with the water. This broth is a versatile base for many soup recipes or can be enjoyed as a delicious vegetable soup on its own.
**Tip:** For added flavor, include a half to a full container of cherry tomatoes.
Butternut Squash Soup
• 1 onion
• 1 medium sized butternut squash
• 1-2 Thai Coconuts and meat
• 1 tsp real salt
Cut the squash in half and slice the onion. Place both on a baking sheet and roast at 375°F for 30-40 minutes until tender. Scoop out the cooked squash flesh, leaving behind the seeds, and transfer it to a blender. Add the roasted onion, coconut water, and coconut meat. Blend until smooth, then season with salt to taste.
Creamy Broccoli Soup
• 1 sliced yellow onion
• 1/2 cauliflower head
• 1/2 broccoli head
• 2 TBS-1/2 cup almond milk
• 1TBS grape seed oil
• 1 tsp real salt

Place sliced onions in a pan with grape seed oil and sauté for about 5 minutes. Chop the cauliflower and broccoli into smaller pieces, then add them to the onions along with just enough water to cover the cauliflower. Steam for 10-15 minutes until tender.
Once steamed, transfer the vegetables to a blender in batches, blending about 2 cups at a time. This helps you achieve your desired soup consistency. Finish by stirring in almond milk to taste.
Mock Mashed Potatoes
• 1 yellow onion sliced
• 1 head chopped cauliflower
• 1-2 tsp real salt
• 1TBS grape seed oil
In a pan, heat grape seed oil and sauté sliced onions for about 5 minutes until softened. Add chopped cauliflower and just enough water to barely cover it. Steam gently for another 10-15 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender.
Transfer the mixture to a blender in batches, about 2 cups at a time, blending to your preferred consistency—chunky or creamy. Experiment with different textures to see what you prefer. Season with salt to taste.
•1 can drained organic garbanzo beans
• 1 small bottle artichoke hearts
• 1/2 onion
• 1 roasted red bell pepper
• 1 cup almond milk
• 1 cup vegetable broth
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
• 3 roasted garlic cloves
• 1/4 cup olive oil
Roasted Red Pepper Artichoke Soup

Combine grape seed oil and sliced onions in a pan; sauté for about 5 minutes. Add chopped cauliflower and just enough water to barely cover it. Steam gently for 10-15 minutes until the cauliflower is tender. Next, transfer the cooked cauliflower and onions to a blender, starting with about 2 cups at a time. Blend to achieve your desired consistency, either smooth and creamy or slightly chunky. Feel free to experiment with textures. Add almond milk gradually while blending. Adjust the consistency to your liking and season with salt to taste.
Tips: Keeping some chunks out and blending the rest can give some texture and bulk to your soups

• 1 onion sliced
• 5 tomatoes (ripe, roma or regular)
• 6 basil leaves
• 1 Tbs grape seed oil
• 2 Tbs almond milk
• 1 cup vegetable stock
• 1 peeled avocado
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 tsp real salt Zip Sprinkle to taste (Spice Hunters is the brand)
Creamy Tomato Soup

Sauté onions in grape seed oil. Cut tomatoes into pieces and blend them with basil. Add the blended tomatoes to the sautéed onions and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then blend again until smooth. Gradually add almond milk and vegetable stock (store-bought or homemade) while blending to achieve your desired consistency.

Nutmilks

Soak nuts in water for 8 hours (this activates vital enzymes within the nuts).

Strain nuts and rinse.

In a blender, add 2 quarts of purified water and the soaked nuts; blend until smooth.

Strain into a 1-2 quart glass container and refrigerate.
Tips: Almonds are a great nut to start with, but other nuts that make great nut milks are hazelnuts, cashews, and macadamias.

The following is a machine that makes nut milk for you. It's called Almond Cow. It's a plant based milk maker. If you are finding that you are making gallons of nut milk, this is the machine to get.

Supplements
It is near impossible these days to be healthy without taking some sort of supplementation. No matter how clean, or organic you eat. Although there are many great products out there, we are going to focus on what is essential to the body.
